We didn't know what to expect as the Comfort Inn was only a three star. We didn't need to worry... The welcome received by Gary on reception was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was warm, clean and welcoming. We found the room quiet. The breakfast was self service but tasty and with a good selection. A bargain breakfast for £5 each. For the price paid per night we were really pleased with the Comfort Inn. Highly recommend

Very friendly staff .

Clean.

Good location easy to get to. Breakfast was really good every morning. Good value too. Easy access to late night snacks. Gas and groceries. Easy to get on and off main road. Close to station. Few minutes from town. Plenty to see and do there.

ADVICE TO SHARE WITH OTHER TRAVELERS: Out of the town so no traffic issues

We shopped about as there was a lot of choice but we were glad we settled here now . Beds are comfortable and room nice and spacious but more than anything reasonable value for money which we always look for without going to low in standard

POSITIVE: Very friendly staff lovely welcome and attentive to my needs, lovely heated room, comfortable bed and room facilities, very good, also very quiet and had a lovely comfortable undisturbed night's sleep, a lovely well-set breakfast area, well-stocked clean and well cooked and tasty breakfast. 

NEGATIVE: I found nothing to complain about at all thank you.

This gets five stars from me.a great breakfast,plenty of choice ,with fresh fruits,fruit cocktail salad ,yoghurts,full English breakfast, toast,and cereals.excellent choice and a tea coffee machine to help yourself plus plenty of fruit juice.served between 7 and 9.ideal parking and enough there to and within a 1/2 mile walk to arundel train station and a mile to arundel .the room I had,112,was so cosy I had the best nights sleep in ages so definitely cosy and definitely comfort for me.very clean,friendly staff,I will definitely stay again.ideal if you want to avoid staying in Brighton and be done over with high costs of parking at a hotel as the parking is free ....

Cheap, convenient, well located. Everything worked, fuss free. It's right next the Services but look past that and it's actually pretty good. Friendly and efficient staff.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn Arundel on a work trip and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was quiet at night and my room was well equipped with everything that I needed for my stay. The room itself was clean and spacious with seating and a desk. The location is ideal, right next to the A27. All the staff were friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I booked to stay at The Comfort Inn Arundel as we were at an event at Goodwood House and it was only a 15 minute drive away. I have tried to give detail on the overall experience below.

Cleanliness: Firstly, the hotel was very clean. This is the first thing I pick up on wherever I stay. It was honestly immaculate.

Comfort: The room was very spacious and the bed and pillows were comfy. Plenty of storage/wardrobe space and ample additional seating in the room.

Value: Exceptional value for what it is. We had looked to stay at The Goodwood hotel, however this was very expensive. Once we had paid for The Comfort Inn and our taxi there and back, we still had £120 change from what it would have cost us to stay at Goodwood Hotel.

Food: We stayed for breakfast and it was really nice. We were able to help ourself to breakfast and there was plenty on offer. The food was hot and the service was great.

Hospitality: The staff were very helpful and after a recent bad experience elsewhere, its refreshing to actually see staff happy. Working like they actually enjoy working there. Nothing was too much trouble and they even offered to order us taxis after we mentioned our plans when we arrived.

This was my first time staying at the Comfort Inn at Arundel, and I must say it was fantastic. There was ample parking so it was easy to find space. I received a warm and friendly greeting from the man who was at reception, he informed me where my room was and asked if I needed any help with my belongings which I thought was lovely of him. When entering my room, it was exceptionally clean and very warm. The tea/coffee making facilities in the room were great, I especially loved the Galaxy hot chocolate yummy! The bed was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep, I didn't want to get up however I also didn't want to miss breakfast. There was a great selection for breakfast which included, warm buffet, cakes, yogurts, cereals, bread and multiple condiments, juices, teas and coffee. If you are in the Arundel area and are looking for somewhere to stay I would highly recommend the Comfort Inn.

Excellent welcome by young man on desk (Sorry I did not get his name and we did not see him again) Very helpful. Lovely room that actually had two chairs in the double room as so often we only get one. Clean and well appointed. We had to leave on Saturday before the 8am breakfast time but were told we could go in and have a cold breakfast I.e. juice, cereals, toast, yoghurt which was very acceptable at 7.15.am. Breakfast next morning had an excellent breakfast buffet with 7 hot choices and much more.

Relaxed, informal & straightforward hotel which offers comfortable rooms & accommodation. It has a decent restaurant/bar area, good food, ample parking & good service. Good base from which to explore the local area

POSITIVE: Very clean and tidy, with nearby shop, fuel (not hugely overpriced like a normal services) and McDonalds. Also, in short walking distance, a very good craft beer bar and restaurant. Staff very pleasant and room very comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast at a very good price. (£5 all you can eat buffet).

POSITIVE: Everything was just perfect Breakfast excellent. Rooms and Staff Excellent. Car Parking Great. Eveyone was so helpful and Friendly could not fault this Hotel at all

POSITIVE: Clean. Warm. Friendly service. Comfortable. All I needed in the room. Good parking. Quiet. An easy drive into Arundel. Good parking near the castle. Good eating places in Arundel.

Good location for Goodwood, very friendly and helpfull staff, good parking for classic cars, 5 min walk to Beefeater for dinner, good complimentary breakfast and bottles of water for Goodwood REASON FOR TRIP: Goodwood Revival

Superb staff, well run hotel!

Excellent all round. Really enjoyed our 5-night stay. Will definitely stay there again. Well-situated, just off the A27, close to Arundel, but tucked away in a quiet spot. Rooms very comfortable and quiet, with good lighting and lightproof curtains. Excellent buffet breakfasts. ADVICE TO SHARE WITH OTHER TRAVELERS: Excellent, do try it! A hidden gem. REASON FOR TRIP: Visiting another family member nearby and the Wildlife & Wetlands Trust at Arundel

Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff, I was made to feel welcome and any special requests were taken on board with a smile. Excellent service - with a smile.

POSITIVE: total value for money! Superb staff! We were very pleasantly surprised at the facilities (lovely bar area, nice breakfast area, tables and chair outside). The rooms were spotless and beds super comfy. Breakfast was excellent for the price.

NEGATIVE: tiny things, bathmat could do with replacing as old but not dirty. Decaff tea in room would be a lovely add
