Stirling's Restaurant and Bar is open seven days a week. Enjoy a full English Breakfast in the morning or a three-course dinner in the evening in our motorsport themed restaurant and bar.

Breakfast is served from 7am – 10 am every morning – room service is available the breakfast is self service and includes:

• Coffee, Hot Chocolate, breakfast tea and herbal teas
• Fresh fruit juice
• Selection of cereals
• Yoghurts
• Fruits in syrup
• Toast
• Eggs – cooked to order
• Bacon
• Sausages
• Baked Beans
• Hash browns
• Grilled Tomatoes

Dinner is served everyday from 7pm -9pm – room service available during this time as well.

The menu offers excellent fresh food to cater for all tastes and diets. A daily special three course menu is available from £15.95 which is all freshly cooked.

We also have a bar menu with pizza, pastas and snacks and new to Stirling’s is the basket menu reliving the days of crispy chicken and chips served in a basket!

The bar has a flat screen TV and shows all live games of sport.
